What I do at NICOLEHOLLIS
As the Program Coordinator, I contribute to NICOLEHOLLIS' success by assisting our Program Director in coordinating all project administration across all our Studio Departments. From staffing projections to project set-up, I assist in making sure all the small details are taken care of.
As the Recruiting Liaison I assist in ushering all candidates that apply to NICOLEHOLLIS through our Hiring Process. I am the first point of contact for all prospective candidates, and pass along all info between them and our Leadership staff. I also oversee staffing needs, work with recruiters, update job descriptions, review incoming resumes and portfolios, schedule interviews and coordinate onboarding activities for new hires.

Who am I?
I am a Chicana and LA native with a love for the Bay Area, but now transplanted to San Diego. I've been with NICOLEHOLLIS for 3+ years and have enjoyed growing from Front Desk Reception to where I am now.
On a typical day you can find me by launching my Personal Zoom Room with a boba / green tea in hand, and a cat on my lap. I have a new Funko Pop obsession I can't get over and a love for celebrity gossip (give me all the chisme!)

Advice for prospective candidates
In the design world, always provide more materials than you think you'll need. Show the work you're most proud of and reflects your personal style.
